| Yes, we accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We use industry strength encryption in association with Pay Pal to protect your credit card information and ensure a safe shopping experience. |
| 2. Will there be any difference between the picture on the web and the delivered product ? |
| All our art is produce by hand. Since no automation is used, there will be small differences between the picture on the web and the actual art work. However these variations create uniqueness and enhance the value of your art piece. |
| 3. How long will it take for the artist to execute my product ? |
| Depending on the size & quantity, it may be any where between 4 days to 1 month. |
| 4. What is your exchange policy? |
| We offer our clients 100% Satisfaction guarantee. If you don’t like the art piece, we will exchange it free with zero exchange fees. |
| 5. Where can you ship the products ? |
We can ship the products to any city in the world. For shipments outside India we use Fedex, UPS, DHL & TNT.
The delivery time may range from 7-10 working days. You will be informed by an email when we will ship your product.

We ship all artifacts in thermocol or wooden boxes. We use fiber glass instead of glass to avoid breakages.
Our Shipping is free Worldwide. There are no extra charges for shipping. There are no charges for Packaging either.

| We insure all our domestic and international shipments. We will immediately ship you a replacement while the insurance claim is in process. |

| Yes, we can ship your purchases to any country or city. |
| 9. How will the Payment procedure will work ? |
All our payments are processed through Paypal.Com. The simple steps for any purchases are as follows :-
A) Just press Add to Cart any of the product you need to purchase.
B) If you need to purchase more product then press "Continue Shopping" and your product will be added to your cart while you can purchase more products of your choice Else to checkout press "Go To Shopping Cart".
C) A summary of your purchases will be displayed & press "Proceed to Checkout".
D) Fill up your Shipping & Payment information & press "Proceed".
E) A summary of purchases & Shipping & Payment information will be displayed & press "Confirm Order".
F) A message will be displayed like "Processing Transaction….." after which you will be taken to paypal.com where you will have to fill up your credit card information to complete the payment process.
